Water can be supplied from a main line or from our mobile models' on-board tanks. The water suspends the medium in the cleaning stream and reduces the dispersal of airborne particles. Water consumption during cleaning is very low.

Heat is extracted from the compressed air by a heat exchanger and introduced into the system. This heat adds energy, creates free flow, and helps align the Farrow Green CleanŽ media particles to increase their effectiveness during cleaning.

Low pressure air safely delivers the cleaning stream to the surface. This air can be supplied by an on-site air compressor or by the on-board compressor in our fully self-contained models. Air pressures as low as 28psi effectively remove many coatings.

Green Clean

The Farrow SystemŽ, adds heat to a low pressure mixture of water and Farrow Green CleanŽ, a chemical-free, naturally occurring mineral. Adding heat adds energy, creating free flow in the system and allowing air pressures can be low and still clean efficiently. This heat also causes the Farrow Green CleanŽ crystals to align before leaving the turbo nozzle. This creates a controlled, highly efficient cleaning stream that resembles a stream of darts.
This safe, low pressure vapor-like stream is directed against the surface to be cleaned. Upon contact with the surface, each Farrow Green CleanŽ particle bursts into multiple cleaning "missiles" that lift the coating from the surface. Each particle packs many punches, reducing cleaning time and media consumption significantly. The process is dust-free and leaves only a moist residue which is easily swept up and removed.
